The Orders page lists your Shopify orders and lets you work with e-invoices for orders that qualify.
Which orders qualify?
Today, the order must have:
Billing country Belgium
Complete billing details: customer last name, email, address, city, postal code, and billing phone
If details are missing, View Invoice and related buttons stay disabled. The app shows which fields are missing when you hover the disabled button.
Step 1: Open Orders
Open EU E-Invoice in Shopify admin.
Go to Orders.
Optional: search by customer name or email, or filter by date.
Step 2: View an invoice
Find a qualifying order.
Click View Invoice.
Choose Invoice from the menu (or a Credit Note if the order has refunds and billing country is Belgium).
The PDF preview opens in a window. If no invoice exists yet, the app creates one when you open the preview (as long as the order and your company settings are complete).
Automatic creation
When an order is paid and has all required details, the app can also create an invoice automatically in the background. You can still open the order later to review or download files.
