When invoices are created automatically
How paid orders trigger automatic invoice creation.

The app can create an e-invoice automatically when Shopify marks an order as paid.
When it runs
The order has a Belgian billing address and all required customer and billing fields.
Your Company Settings are saved with the details needed for invoicing.
No valid invoice already exists for that order.
When it is skipped
If required order details are missing, the app does not create a full invoice. Fix the order in Shopify (billing address, email, phone, and so on), then open the order in the app or use Update Invoice.
What you should do
Automatic creation saves time, but you should still review the first invoices for a few orders: open View Invoice, check the PDF, and download XML if you need it for your process.
