Why invoice actions are disabled
Common reasons View Invoice and Download XML are greyed out.

If View Invoice, Update Invoice, or Download XML is disabled, the order is missing information required for a Belgian e-invoice.
Check billing country
The billing address country must be Belgium. Orders billed to other countries are not supported for e-invoicing in the app today.
Check required order fields
Make sure the order in Shopify includes:
Customer last name
Customer email
Billing address line 1
Billing city
Billing postal code
Billing phone
Billing country (Belgium)
What to do
Edit the order in Shopify admin and add the missing details.
Return to Orders in EU E-Invoice and refresh the list if needed.
Hover the disabled button to see which fields are still missing.
When all requirements are met, invoice actions become available.
Company settings
Also confirm Company Settings are complete (VAT ID, company address, country, phone, and email). Missing seller details can block XML generation even when the order looks fine.
