How to delete a bulk form

What this action does
Deleting a bulk order form permanently removes the form and all its settings.
Once deleted:
The form cannot be recovered
All configurations are lost
Customers can no longer see or use the form
How to delete a bulk order form
Go to your Shopify admin.
Open Apps.
Open [App name].
Go to Bulk order forms.
Find the form you want to delete.
Click the three dots, click Delete.
Confirm the deletion.
When to delete a bulk order form
You may want to delete a form when:
The form is no longer used
The form was created by mistake
You want to permanently remove an old setup
If you might need the form later, consider disabling it instead.
Important to know
Deleting a form is permanent
Deleted forms cannot be restored
Orders placed before deletion are not affected
Visibility and pricing rules linked to the form are removed

Create a new form or duplicate an existing one if available
