How to enable or disable a bulk order form

What this setting does

Enabling a bulk order form makes it visible to customers on the storefront.
Disabling a bulk order form hides it, without deleting any settings.

You can turn forms on or off at any time.

How to enable a bulk order form

  1. Go to your Shopify admin.

  2. Open Apps.

  3. Open [App name].

  4. Go to Bulk order forms.

  5. Find the form you want to enable.

  6. Click Turn on.

Once enabled:

  • The status changes to On

  • The form becomes visible based on its visibility settings

How to disable a bulk order form

  1. Go to Bulk order forms in the app.

  2. Find the form you want to disable.

  3. Click Turn off.

Once disabled:

  • The status changes to Off

  • The form is no longer visible to customers

  • All settings remain saved

When to disable a bulk order form

You may want to disable a form when:

  • The form is temporarily not needed

  • You are testing a new setup

  • You want to prevent customers from ordering through this form

  • You are preparing changes before enabling it again

Important to know

  • Disabled forms are not deleted

  • You can re-enable a form at any time

  • Customers will only see enabled forms

  • Visibility rules still apply when the form is enabled

Common issues

The form is enabled but not visible

  • Check the visibility settings

  • Check if the correct extension is added to the theme

  • Make sure the form is enabled for the current customer
