Why products are missing from my bulk form?

Why this happens
If a product does not appear in your bulk order form, it is usually caused by product selection settings or product availability in Shopify.
Follow the steps below to identify the cause.
Step 1: Check the product selection method
First, check how products are selected in the bulk order form.
If you use All products
All active products should be included automatically
Missing products are usually not active or not available for sale
If you use Products from collections
The product must be part of one of the selected collections
If the product was recently added or removed, the form updates automatically
Check:
Is the product still in the collection?
Does the collection use automatic rules?
If you use Specific products
Only manually selected products appear
New products are not added automatically
If a product is missing, you must add it manually.
Step 2: Check the product status in Shopify
A product will not appear in the bulk order form if it is:
Archived
Set to draft
Not available for sale
Make sure the product is active and published.
Step 3: Check variant availability
If a product has variants:
Only available variants appear
Variants with zero availability may not be shown
Verify that the correct variants are available.
Step 4: Check form status
Make sure the bulk order form is enabled
Disabled forms are never visible on the storefront
Step 5: Check visibility rules (indirect)
Even if a product is correctly selected:
The customer must be able to see the form
Visibility rules do not remove products, but they can prevent the form from appearing
Common scenarios
The product exists but never appeared
It is not included by the selection method
The product appeared before but disappeared
It was removed from a collection
It was archived or disabled
A variant became unavailable
