What this setting does
This option makes all products in your store available in a bulk order form.
When enabled:
Every product (and its variants) can be ordered through the form
New products added to your store are automatically included
No manual product selection is required
How to show all products in a bulk order form
Go to your Shopify admin.
Open Apps.
Open [App name].
Go to Bulk order forms.
Open the bulk order form you want to edit.
Select All products.
Save the form.
When to use “All products”
Showing all products is useful when:
Your B2B customers should have access to your full catalog
You don’t want to maintain product or collection rules
Your assortment changes frequently
Important to know
All current and future products are included automatically
Individual product exclusions are not applied when using “All products”
Pricing and visibility rules still apply per form
The form must be enabled to be visible on the storefront
Common issues
Some products are missing
Check if the form is enabled
Check if the products are active in Shopify
Verify that variants are available for sale
If you want more control over which products are shown, consider using:
Specific products, or
Collections
