What is included in B2B & Wholesale

Overview

B2B & Wholesale is one Shopify app with separate modules. Turn a module on from its hub page before you use it in admin or on the storefront.

Bulk order forms and EU tax exemption already have their own guides. This page maps the rest of the app.

Where to find each module

• B2B pricing — Custom Pricing, Volume pricing, and Bulk forms.

• Customer management — Registration forms.

• Order management — Quote requests, Order limits, and Wholesale cart.

• Tax & prices — Tax Exempt, Tax display, and Login to see prices.

• General settings — Shared selector and display options used by more than one module.

Which plan includes what

• Free — one active Custom Pricing list and one active registration form. Extra forms you turn on are stored, but only the oldest active form in each of those modules is used on the storefront.

• Starter — Tax Exempt, Tax display, Volume pricing, and Login to see prices. Starter also removes the Free form cap.

• Growth — Bulk forms, Quote requests, Order limits, and Wholesale cart.

Open See plans in the app to compare or change your plan. Founder accounts include the Growth modules.

Theme setup

Some modules use the shared app embed (Custom Pricing, Volume pricing, Tax display, Login to see prices, Order limits). Others use a theme block on a specific template (Bulk forms, Quote request, Wholesale cart, Registration forms).

Each module has a Finish setup action on its card. Changing your theme does not delete the configuration inside the app, but you do need to add the embed or block again on the new theme.
