What does “Bulk Order Page Active” mean?

Overview
Bulk Order Page Active indicates that the Bulk Order Page extension is correctly added to your active Shopify theme.
When this status is active, the bulk order form can appear on a dedicated bulk order page.
When “Bulk Order Page Active” is active
The status shows as active when:
The Bulk Order Page extension is added in the theme editor
The extension is added to a page template
The theme containing the extension is the active theme
Changes are saved
When “Bulk Order Page Active” is inactive
The status shows as inactive when:
The extension is not added to any page
The extension is added to a different theme
The theme was recently changed
The page or page template was removed
This is normal Shopify behavior.
What this status does not mean
A green Bulk Order Page Active status does not guarantee that customers see the form.
It does not check:
Visibility rules
Customer login status
Product selection
Pricing rules
How to fix an inactive status
Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit theme
Open the page where you want the bulk order form
Add the Bulk Order Page extension
Save the changes
