How to apply a percentage discount

Overview

A percentage discount allows you to reduce the original Shopify price by a fixed percentage for all products in a bulk order form.

For example:

  • 10% discount → product price €100 becomes €90

  • 25% discount → product price €40 becomes €30

The discount is calculated automatically for every product and variant in the form.

Step-by-step: apply a percentage discount

Step 1: Open a bulk order form

  1. Go to Bulk order forms in the app dashboard

  2. Open the form you want to edit

Step 2: Open pricing settings

  1. Go to the Pricing section

  2. Select Apply percentage discount

Step 3: Enter the discount percentage

  1. Enter the discount percentage (for example 10)

  2. The app automatically calculates:

    • The discounted price per product

    • The discounted price per variant

Step 4: Save and enable the form

  1. Save the form

  2. Make sure the form is enabled

  3. Verify pricing on the storefront

How the discount is calculated

  • The discount is applied to the original Shopify price

  • Calculations are done per product or variant

  • Prices update automatically when Shopify prices change

Important rules to know

  • Percentage discounts override fixed pricing

  • Percentage discounts do not change Shopify product prices
