Why prices are not applied correctly

Overview
If B2B prices are not applied as expected, this is almost always caused by visibility, priority rules, or form setup.
Use the checks below to quickly identify the issue.
1. The customer is seeing a different bulk order form
Only one bulk order form can be shown to a customer at a time.
If multiple forms exist:
The customer may see a form without pricing rules
Pricing from another form may override your expectations
What to check
Which bulk form is visible to this customer
Whether that form contains pricing rules
2. The bulk order form is not enabled
Pricing rules only apply if the form is enabled.
What to check
The form status is set to On
Changes are saved after editing pricing
3. Products are not included in the form
Prices are applied only to products that are included.
What to check
Product selection method (all products, collections, or specific products)
Product availability in Shopify
Variant availability
4. The customer does not have access to the form
If the customer cannot access the form, pricing will not apply.
What to check
Visibility settings (logged-in, tags, or specific customers)
Customer account and login status
Customer tags match the form rules
5. Changes are not reflected yet
Sometimes pricing updates are not visible immediately.
What to try
Refresh the storefront
Clear browser cache
Test in a private/incognito window
6. Testing as the wrong user
Testing while logged out or with the wrong account often causes confusion.
What to check
Are you logged in as the correct customer?
Does this customer meet the visibility rules?
