Build rates in the visual flow
How the shipping rates canvas works: Start when…, conditions, rates, reconnect, and save.

Canvas overview
The rates flow is a visual editor:
- Start when… — zone name and entry point
- Condition cards — branch the flow (then / otherwise)
- Rate cards — the prices returned to checkout when that path matches
- + buttons — add the next condition or rate
Drag cards to rearrange the layout. Positions are saved with the zone.
Connect and reconnect
- Click a flow line for options such as Reconnect… or Connect to start.
- In reconnect mode, click a + port to attach the line there.
- Press Esc to cancel reconnect.
Saving
Use Save in the flow window. A blank zone name is rejected with a short toast asking you to open Start when….
