Comparison button missing

  • Enable the app embed.

  • Confirm the table is enabled and visibility includes the product.

  • Turn on auto-inject under price, or add the Compare button block.

Size chart not above Add to cart

  • Enable the app embed.

  • Remove conflicting duplicate Size chart blocks if you expected auto-placement only — or place the block deliberately.

  • Verify visibility matches the product.

Tabbed / Us vs Them shows the wrong table

Open the theme block settings and select the correct saved table from the list.

Specs values empty

  • Confirm modules point to real product fields/options/metafields.

  • Check empty-value mode (hide vs “Not available”).

  • Preview with a product that actually has those values.

Shortcode renders nothing

  • App embed must be on.

  • Use a saved table ID (not YOUR_ID).

  • Table must be enabled.

AI design looks wrong after pasting a URL

Try again after saving; brand extraction filters sale/payment widget colors. A clean screenshot of your brand UI often helps further.
