What this setting does
Using collections allows you to include all products from one or more Shopify collections in a bulk order form.
Products are added automatically based on the collection rules.
How to use collections in a bulk order form
Go to your Shopify admin.
Open Apps.
Open [App name].
Go to Bulk order forms.
Open the bulk order form you want to edit.
Select Select collections.
Choose one or more collections.
Save the form.
How collections work in a bulk order form
When you use collections:
All products in the selected collections are included
Products added to the collection later are automatically included
Products removed from the collection are automatically removed
This makes collections ideal for maintaining dynamic assortments.
When to use collections
Using collections is useful when:
You want to group products by category or customer type
Your product assortment changes regularly
You want automatic updates without manual product selection
Important to know
Only active products in the collection are included
Pricing and visibility rules still apply
Products that belong to multiple selected collections appear only once
The form must be enabled to be visible on the storefront
Common issues
Some products from a collection are missing
Check if the product is active in Shopify
Verify that the product is published to the correct sales channel
Make sure the product is still part of the collection
