Why this matters

Product changes in Shopify can affect what appears in your bulk order form.

What happens depends on how products are selected in the bulk order form.


If you use โ€œAll productsโ€

When All products is selected:

  • New products added to your store are automatically included

  • Removed or archived products are automatically removed

  • No manual updates are required

This option always reflects your full, current catalog.

If you use collections

When Products from collections is selected:

  • Products added to a selected collection are automatically included

  • Products removed from the collection are automatically removed

  • Changes follow the collection rules in Shopify

The bulk order form always reflects the current state of the selected collections.

If you use specific products

When Specific products is selected:

  • New products are not included automatically

  • Removed products disappear from the form

  • You must manually add new products if needed

This option gives full control but requires maintenance.

What happens when a product is disabled or unavailable

If a product or variant:

  • Is archived

  • Is set to draft

  • Is unavailable for sale

It will not appear in the bulk order form, regardless of the selection method.


Important to know

  • Pricing rules apply only to products that are included

  • Visibility rules do not affect product inclusion

  • Changes may take a short moment to appear on the storefront

  • The form must be enabled to reflect changes live

A product suddenly disappeared

  • Check if the product is still active

  • Verify product availability in Shopify
