How do I get help?
On the app dashboard, open support chat or click on the chat icon. If you spot a bug or run into a problem, contact us so we can fix it as soon as possible.
Good to know and limitations
Select all matching can select up to 50,000 customers for one bulk apply. Narrow with search, a segment, or filters if you need a smaller set.
Large saves and imports run in batches. Keep the browser tab open until the progress finishes. Closing the tab can interrupt the job.
Select-all matching combines your current search, segment, and filters.
Empty CSV cells are left unchanged on updates. They do not clear existing values.
Some columns are read-only (for example total spent, order count, created date).
Marketing consent updates must follow Shopify’s rules (for example subscribed states need a valid opt-in).
Customer metafields appear when they are defined in your store (or already present on loaded customers). Unsupported metafield types may not be editable.
If Shopify blocks protected customer data for the app, editing is limited until access is approved. See Customer access is blocked.
Segment features depend on Shopify segment permissions for the shop and staff account.
Tips for large stores
Use a segment or search before select-all matching.
Preview changes before confirming a save or import.
If a job fails partway, fix the listed errors and retry the remaining customers.
