Build a new Shopify customer segment using the app’s filter builder.

You can build a Shopify customer segment from filters inside the app.

Steps

  1. Open Segments in the app.

  2. Enter a name for the segment.

  3. Add filters (for example tags, email, locale, or address fields).

  4. Review the generated segment query preview.

  5. Create the segment.

After creating

Open the new segment in the bulk editor to edit matching customers, or manage it later from Shopify’s customer segments when needed.

Deleting

You can delete segments from the Segments page in the app when you no longer need them.
