What is Bulk Customer Editor?

Bulk Customer Editor helps you update many Shopify customers at once, without opening each customer profile one by one.

The app embeds in your Shopify admin and opens a spreadsheet-style editor for customer data.

What you can do

• Edit customer details in a table (name, email, phone, tags, notes, locale, tax exempt, and more).

• Update default addresses and marketing consent (email, SMS, WhatsApp).

• Edit customer metafields that are defined in your store.

• Filter, sort, and choose which columns to show.

• Save reusable views for your team (shared across the shop).

• Import and export customers with CSV files (including Shopify’s customer CSV format).

• Work with customer segments, and create new segments from filters.

• Open the editor quickly from Customers → More actions → Edit in bulk.
