Open the editor from Customers

Open the spreadsheet editor from the app or the Customers page.

You can open the bulk editor from the app itself or directly from the Shopify Customers page.

From the app

  1. Open Bulk Customer Editor in your Shopify admin.

  2. On the dashboard, click Start editing.

  3. Or use the app navigation: Customers.

From the Customers page

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Customers.

  2. Open More actions.

  3. Click Edit in bulk.

This opens the app’s customer spreadsheet so you can edit many profiles at once.

Permissions

The app needs read_customers and write_customers access. Staff accounts with restricted customer permissions may not be able to load segments or customer data.
