Overview
A Custom Pricing form is one price list. You choose the products, set the B2B price, and decide which companies or customers can see it.
Create a price list
In Shopify admin, open Apps โ B2B & Wholesale โ B2B pricing.
Turn Custom Pricing on if it is off.
Open Open custom prices and create a form.
Select the products or variants and set a fixed price or a discount.
Open the form Settings tab and set visibility. For a company price list, choose Specific companies and add those companies.
Save the form.
Assign it from the company page
In Shopify admin, go to Customers โ Companies and open a company.
Pin the Custom pricing app block if it is not on the page yet.
Assign a form that already uses Specific companies visibility.
Only forms set to Specific companies can be assigned here. Other visibility modes are not converted. Removing the assignment unlinks that company. It does not delete the price list.
Show the prices on the storefront
On the Custom Pricing card, open Finish setup.
Enable the app embed in your active theme and save the theme.
Log in as a company contact that is assigned to the list and open a product from that list.
Labels on the storefront can be changed under Translations on the Custom Pricing card.
