Verify rates at checkout and read the last 7 days of carrier request logs.

Test checkout

  1. Confirm the carrier is attached where you ship.
  2. Add a product to cart and go to checkout with a matching destination.
  3. Confirm your expected rate names and prices appear.

Activity logs

Open Shipping rates → Activity logs. Logs keep 7 days of carrier rate requests so you can see which zones matched, which rates were returned, and why a path did not apply.

Open a single log entry for cart lines, currency, destination, and per-zone evaluation detail.
