What is a bulk order form

A bulk order form allows customers to order multiple products or variants at once from a single page or product page.

How to create a bulk order form

Step 1: Open the bulk forms section

1. Go to your Shopify admin.

2. Open Apps.

3. Open [App name].

4. Go to Bulk forms.

5. Click Create bulk order form.

Step 2: Select products for the form

Choose which products should be available in the bulk order form.

You can select:

• All products

• Specific products

• Products from collections

Make sure at least one product is selected.

Step 3: Configure pricing (optional)

Set custom prices for customers using this form.

You can:

• Set individual prices per product or variant

• Apply one fixed price to all products

• Apply a percentage discount

If no pricing is set, default Shopify prices are used.

Step 4: Enable product page (optional)

If you don’t enable this setting, the extension will not show on the product detail page.

Step 5: Enable bulk order page (optional)

If you don’t enable this setting, the extension will not show on the bulk order page.

Step 6: Configure visibility

Choose which customers can see and use the bulk order form.

Options include:

• All customers

• Logged-in customers only

• Specific customers

• Customers with specific tags

Step 6: Enable the form

1. Review your settings.

2. Turn the form On.

After creating the form

• The bulk order form is created and enabled.

• The form is not yet visible on your storefront.

• The form must still be added to a page or product page.

Common mistakes

• Forgetting to enable the form.

• Not selecting any products.

• Expecting the form to appear automatically on the storefront.
