What this setting does

This setting ensures that the bulk order form is only visible to customers who are logged in.
Visitors without an account will not see the bulk order form.

Step 1: Open the bulk form settings

  1. Go to your Shopify admin.

  2. Open Apps.

  3. Open [App name].

  4. Go to Bulk forms.

  5. Click the bulk form you want to edit.

Step 2: Open the visibility settings

  1. In the bulk form editor, go to the Visibility section.

Step 3: Select “Logged-in customers”

  1. Choose Logged-in customers.

  2. Save the changes.

Only customers who are logged in with an account can now see and use the bulk order form.

Step 4: Enable the form (if needed)

  1. Go back to the Bulk forms overview.

  2. Make sure the form status is set to On.

Step 5: Verify the result

  1. Open your storefront in an incognito window.

  2. Visit a page where the bulk order form is shown.

    • The form should not be visible.

  3. Log in with a customer account.

    • The form should now appear.

Important notes

  • Logged-in customers do not need special tags for this option.

  • Customers without an account will never see the form.
