If prices in the bulk order form are incorrect, missing, or unexpected, this is usually caused by pricing priority, visibility, or product inclusion.

Follow the checks below in order.


Step 1: Check which bulk order form is shown

A customer can see only one bulk order form.

If the wrong form is shown:

  • Pricing rules may differ

  • Prices may appear missing or incorrect

What to check

  • Which form the customer actually sees

  • Whether that form contains pricing rules

Step 2: Check pricing priority rules

Pricing rules do not stack. Only one rule applies per product.

Priority order

  1. Individual product prices

  2. Fixed price

  3. Percentage discount

If a higher-priority rule exists, lower rules are ignored.

What to check

  • Are individual prices set for this product?

  • Is a fixed price active?

  • Is the discount expected to apply?

Step 3: Check product inclusion

Prices apply only to products included in the form.

What to check

  • Product selection method (all products, collections, or specific products)

  • Product is active in Shopify

  • Variant is available

If a product is excluded, no pricing is applied.

Step 4: Check customer access

Pricing rules apply only if the customer has access to the form.

What to check

  • Customer is logged in (if required)

  • Customer matches visibility rules

  • No other form overrides access

Step 5: Check if the form is enabled

Pricing changes apply only when the form is enabled.

What to check

  • Form status is On

  • Changes were saved after editing pricing

Step 6: Test in a clean session

Cached sessions often cause confusion.

What to do

  • Open a private/incognito window

  • Log in as the correct customer

  • Reload the page
