Bulk actions and filters help you manage calculator assignments efficiently across large catalogs.

Search and filters

You can quickly find variants using the following filters:

  • Search by product name, calculator name, or variant ID

  • Filter by vendor

  • Filter by tag

  • Filter by collection

  • Filter by variant ID

Filters can be combined to narrow down the visible list.

Bulk change calculator form

The Bulk change calculator form for visible products option allows you to assign a calculator to all currently visible variants in one action.

How it works

  1. Apply filters or search to display the desired variants

  2. Select a calculator from the bulk change dropdown

  3. Confirm the action

The selected calculator will be applied to all visible variants.

When to use bulk linking

Bulk linking is ideal for:

  • Assigning a calculator to all variants in a collection

  • Updating pricing logic across many products

  • Migrating variants from one calculator to another

Important notes on bulk actions

  • Bulk changes only affect visible variants

  • Variants hidden by filters are not changed

  • Existing calculator assignments will be overwritten

  • Use variant-level calculators when pricing logic differs
