Overview

A fixed price allows you to apply one single B2B price to all products inside a bulk order form.

This is useful when:

  • All products are sold at the same wholesale price

  • You want a simple pricing setup

  • Product-specific pricing is not required

When to use a fixed price

Use a fixed price if:

  • All products in the form have the same price

  • You want a fast and easy B2B setup

  • Pricing should not depend on product or variant

Step-by-step: apply a fixed price

Step 1: Open a bulk order form

  1. Go to Bulk order forms in the app dashboard

  2. Open the form you want to edit

Step 2: Open pricing settings

  1. Go to the Pricing section

  2. Select Apply fixed price to all products

Step 3: Enter the fixed price

  1. Enter the price that should apply to all products

  2. This price is applied to:

    • All selected products

    • All variants within the form

Step 4: Save and enable the form

  1. Save the form

  2. Make sure the form is enabled

  3. Verify that products are visible in the form

Important rules to know

  • The fixed price overrides individual product prices

  • The price applies only inside this bulk order form

  • Shopify’s original product prices remain unchanged

  • The same fixed price applies to all variants

Common reasons fixed pricing doesn’t work

Fixed pricing may not apply if:

  • The bulk order form is disabled

  • The customer cannot see the form

  • Another bulk form with higher priority is shown

  • Products are not included in the form

Best practices

  • Use fixed pricing for simple wholesale catalogs

  • Avoid combining fixed pricing with individual prices in the same form

  • Always test pricing with a logged-in customer
