How to select specific products

What this setting does
This option lets you choose exactly which products or variants are available in a bulk order form.
Only the selected products will appear in the form. All other products are excluded.
How to select specific products
Go to your Shopify admin.
Open Apps.
Open [App name].
Go to Bulk order forms.
Open the bulk order form you want to edit.
Select Select products.
Search for and select the products you want to include.
(Optional) Select specific variants if available.
Save the form.

If a product has multiple variants:
You can include all variants, or
Select only specific variants
Only the selected variants will appear in the bulk order form.
When to use specific products
Selecting specific products is useful when:
Only part of your catalog should be available for bulk ordering
Different customer groups need access to different products
You want full control over which items can be ordered
Important to know
New products are not added automatically
You must manually add products if your assortment changes
Pricing and visibility rules still apply
The form must be enabled to be visible on the storefront
Common issues
A product does not appear in the bulk order form
Check if the product is selected in the form
Make sure the product is active in Shopify
Verify that the product variants are available for sale
