Premium feature

Option images are available on the Premium plan. They let the product page image change when the customer picks certain calculator options — for example a different fabric swatch or finish.

What it does

Instead of only updating the price, the calculator can swap the main product image (and cart line image, when the app embed is active) based on:

• A single option mapping (one field value → one image)
• Combinations of options (two or more field values → one image)

Where to configure it

1. Open a calculator in the Calculator builder.
2. Go to the Product preview step.
3. Open Option images.
4. Enable option images and add rules.
5. Upload or pick images, then map them to field values.
6. Save the calculator and test on a product page.

Setup tips

• Prefer clear option keys (dropdown / radio / swatch values) so mappings stay stable if you rename labels.
• Start with single-option rules; add combinations only when one image depends on multiple choices.
• Keep image sizes reasonable for storefront performance.
• Confirm the product image selector in App settings if your theme uses a non-standard gallery.
