How to install the app

Install Options Price Calculator from the Shopify App Store, choose a plan, and complete the first setup steps.

Step 1: Open the Shopify App Store

Go to the app listing: https://apps.shopify.com/options-price-calculator

Step 2: Add the app

  1. Click Add app.
  2. If you are not logged in, Shopify will ask you to log in to your store.
  3. Select the store where you want to install the app.

Step 3: Approve installation

  1. Review the permissions requested by the app.
  2. Click Install app to confirm.

Step 4: Choose a plan

After install you may be asked to pick a plan (Free, Starter, or Premium) before using the app.

  • Start on Free to try one calculator with limited calculated orders.
  • Choose Starter or Premium when you need unlimited orders or advanced features.

You can change plan later under Plans in the app. See Plans & usage limits for details.

Step 5: Accept terms (if shown)

If the app shows terms of use, review and accept them to continue into the dashboard.

Step 6: First configuration checklist

Once you reach the dashboard:

  1. Add the theme app extension to your product template (required for the calculator to appear).
  2. Create a calculator manually or with AI.
  3. Link the calculator to the correct product variants.
  4. Open App settings and confirm storefront selectors (use the picker tools on custom themes).
  5. Optionally enable server-side price validation for safer cart pricing.
