Manual and automatic backups

Backups are restore points for translations. You have 10 slots: 5 manual and 5 automatic.

Manual backups

1. Open Settings → Translation backups.

2. Enter a name and create a named backup.

3. When all 5 manual slots are used, delete an older manual backup before creating another.

Automatic backups

The app creates an automatic backup before translation writes (jobs and saves). When the automatic pool is full, the oldest automatic backup is removed. Manual backups are never auto-deleted.

Tips

• Create a named manual backup before your first large job.

• Manual and automatic lists are shown separately in Settings.
