Common questions about OO Translations.

Will automatic jobs overwrite my edits?

No. Fields you save in the editor are locked. Unlock a field if you want jobs to update it again.

Why were some fields skipped?

Jobs skip empty source fields, locked fields, and technical values (handles, URLs, IDs, short size codes, and similar). See What automatic jobs skip.

My schedule did not run

• Confirm the schedule is enabled on Jobs.

• Check timezone, time, and weekday / day-of-month settings.

• Confirm AI is connected and at least one language and content type are selected.

Language switcher is missing on the storefront

• Enable the app embed or theme block on your live theme.

• Publish the languages you want shoppers to select.

Manual backup limit reached

You can keep 5 named manual backups. Delete one before creating another. Automatic backups use a separate pool of 5.
