Hide, rename, or rearrange checkout delivery methods when conditions match.

What it does

Delivery customization does not create new shipping prices. It changes methods that already appear at checkout — from Shopify shipping, this app’s carrier, or other carriers.

You can:

  • Hide methods (all, by name, by type)
  • Show only matching, cheapest, or highest
  • Arrange (move to top/bottom, sort by price)
  • Rename a matching method

Create a rule

  1. Open Delivery customization.
  2. Click Create rule.
  3. Name the rule under Start when… and enable it for checkout.
  4. Add conditions and actions on the canvas.
  5. Click Save.

Delivery customization is available even when carrier-calculated rates are blocked by plan.
