Overview
Custom Pricing shows fixed B2B prices, or a discount, for selected products and variants. Those prices apply to the customers or companies you choose. Your normal storefront prices stay unchanged for everyone else.
Use it for company price lists and customer groups. It is especially useful when Shopifyโs own B2B catalogs are not enough.
Shopify catalog limits
Basic, Grow, and Advanced: up to 3 active B2B catalogs across your B2B markets.
Shopify Plus: unlimited catalogs, which you can assign to companies and locations.
A company location can have at most 25 Shopify catalogs assigned.
Custom Pricing does not use those catalog slots. You can create as many app price lists as your plan allows and assign them to companies.
Plan
The Free plan includes one active Custom Pricing list on the storefront. Starter and Growth include additional lists. Turn the module on under B2B pricing.
How buyers see the price
Company contacts see the custom price after they log in, once the theme app embed is enabled. Finish setup from the Custom Pricing card if prices do not appear.
Custom Pricing is separate from bulk order forms and from volume pricing. A bulk form is for ordering many SKUs at once. Volume pricing changes the unit price by quantity. Custom Pricing is the company or customer price list.
