What the setup service is

If you prefer not to configure everything yourself, you can order the Professional setup service from inside the app. Our team sets up your calculators, maps products/variants, and checks theme compatibility.

Translations are not included in the package — you (or we, in a separate agreement) handle storefront language copy afterward.

What’s included

• Calculator setup and formulas (excluding translations)
• Product / variant mapping
• Theme compatibility check
• Email support during setup

The package is billed as a one-time Shopify charge (list price around $160 USD; the in-app page shows the amount in your billing currency).

How to request it

1. Open Options Price Calculator in Shopify admin.
2. Go to Implementation / setup service (from the app navigation or dashboard).
3. Fill in the form:
   • What you want to achieve
   • Rough product count
   • Theme to use
   • Example product URL
   • Contact email
   • Optional example images (up to 5)
4. Confirm and complete the Shopify payment when prompted.
5. We receive the request and follow up by email.

You need an eligible paid context for billing (the page explains if something blocks checkout).

What we need from you

Clear examples speed everything up:

• A product URL that should get a calculator
• How pricing should work (even bullet points are fine)
• Which theme is live / will go live
• Screenshots or mockups if the layout matters

After delivery

• Review the calculators on a draft or live theme
• Adjust copy and translations if needed
• Confirm server-side price validation and selectors if your theme is custom
