Why dimensions matter

Volume, girth, and dimensional-weight conditions and rate bases need product dimensions. The app stores length, width, and height as variant metafields ($app.length, $app.width, $app.height).

Where to edit

Open Product Dimensions in the app to review and fill dimensions per product/variant. Missing dimensions can fall back to defaults from Settings → Units when configured.
