Overview

Individual pricing allows you to set a custom B2B price per product or variant inside a bulk order form.

This pricing method gives you full control and is ideal for customers with negotiated or contract-based pricing.

When to use individual pricing

Use individual prices if:

  • Customers have different negotiated prices

  • Only specific products need custom pricing

  • Prices should not be calculated automatically

Step-by-step: set individual prices

Step 1: Open a bulk order form

  1. Go to Bulk order forms in the app dashboard

  2. Open the form you want to edit

Step 2: Go to pricing settings

  1. Open the Pricing section

  2. Select Individual prices

Step 3: Select products or variants

  1. Choose the products you want to price individually

  2. If a product has variants, select the correct variant

Each variant can have its own price.

Step 4: Enter the B2B price

  1. Enter the price you want customers to pay

  2. The price is applied immediately to the bulk order form

Only customers who can see this form will see the custom price.

Step 5: Save and enable the form

  1. Save the form

  2. Make sure the form is enabled

  3. Verify that the product is included in the form

Important rules to know

  • Individual prices override other pricing methods

  • Prices only apply inside the bulk order form

  • Regular Shopify prices remain unchanged

  • Pricing does not stack with other bulk forms

Common reasons prices donโ€™t apply

Prices may not show if:

  • The product or variant is not included in the form

  • The form is disabled

  • The customer does not have access to the form

  • Another bulk form is visible to the customer

Best practices

  • Use clear naming for bulk forms (e.g. โ€œWholesale โ€“ Contract Aโ€)

  • Always test pricing with a test customer

  • Avoid mixing individual pricing with percentage discounts in different forms
