How to install and set up bulk forms

Overview

Bulk order forms are one module inside OO - B2B & Wholesale. Buyers order many SKUs from a product page or a dedicated order page, at the B2B price of the form they are allowed to see.

Bulk forms are included in the Growth plan. Open Apps → B2B & Wholesale → B2B pricing, turn Bulk Forms on, then open Finish setup.

Install the app

1. Install B2B & Wholesale from the Shopify App Store and confirm the install.

2. The app appears under Apps. Nothing is added to the theme until you place a block.

The setup guide in the app follows this order:

1. Add the extension to the product page if buyers should order from a product.

2. Create a bulk order page if buyers should use a dedicated page. That uses the bulk order page block on a page template.

3. Create a form and give it a name.

4. Select products: all products, specific products, or collections.

5. Set prices: individual prices, one fixed price, or a percentage discount.

6. Set visibility: all customers, logged-in customers, specific customers, or customer tags.

7. Set the form to On.

Also enable the app embed on the active theme. Draft checkout, which applies the B2B price at checkout, loads from that embed.

The dashboard shows Product Page Active or Bulk Order Page Active only when that block is saved on the published theme. Changing theme does not delete the form. Add the block again on the new theme.
