Dashboard checklist
After install, the app home helps you finish setup. Typical steps when carrier rates are available on your plan:
- Create at least one shipping zone with rates and conditions
- Confirm the carrier service is active and added to every Shopify shipping zone (or market, if your shop uses market-driven shipping)
- Optionally create a delivery customization rule
- Place a test checkout and confirm rates appear
- Check Activity logs (kept for 7 days)
If something is incomplete, the dashboard highlights what still needs attention.
When shipping rates are blocked by plan
Carrier-calculated shipping needs Advanced Shopify or higher, a development store, or another plan Shopify has already enabled for carriers. On lower plans the checklist focuses on delivery customization only — you can still hide, rename, or reorder methods that already show at checkout.
First-run helper
The home screen can open a short setup assistant (Ozzie) to draft a first zone or delivery rule from plain language. You always review before saving.
