Overview
Quote Request lets customers send a structured request when they need a quote before they buy. Use it for project orders and custom pricing. Use a price list or volume pricing when the price is already fixed.
Quote requests are included in Growth. Turn the module on under Order management.
Set it up
Open Apps โ B2B & Wholesale โ Order management.
Turn Quote Request (RFQ) on.
Open the quote forms and create a form. Add the fields you need, such as company, project details, and notes. Choose the products or collections the form applies to, and set the design.
Add the quote request theme block to a page template. Use Finish setup on the card, or add the block in the theme editor and save.
Optional: import the Shopify Flow template that emails your team when a quote is submitted. After import, set the staff email address and turn the workflow on. The setup guide in the app can download the Flow file.
Review a request
Submitted requests appear under quote requests in the app. Open a request to review the items, adjust the quote, and add a discount or shipping before you send it back to the customer.
Address checks on the form can block the submit, show a warning and still allow submit, or allow the address with no message. That behavior is set in the quote request settings.
