Brand voice tells the AI how your store should sound: tone, audience, words to prefer, and words to avoid.

Set brand voice

  1. Open Settings → Brand voice.
  2. Choose tone and formality, and add guidance for preferred or avoided wording.
  3. Save. The settings are included with AI translation requests (scheduled jobs and Translate actions).

Tips

  • Keep guidance short and specific.
  • Combine brand voice with glossary terms for the most consistent results.
