Schedule automatic translations

The Jobs page combines schedule settings and job history.

Enable a schedule

1. Open Jobs.

2. Under Schedule, turn on scheduled translations.

3. Choose frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), time, and timezone.

4. Select languages, content types, and whether to run for outdated and/or missing fields.

5. Click Save schedule.

Recommendations

• Start with Outdated only to refresh existing translations after source edits.

• Add Missing only when you also want first-time translations (uses more AI credits).

• Scheduled jobs only touch unlocked fields and skip technical values such as handles and short size codes.
