Overview

The dashboard status indicators show whether the app is correctly connected to your storefront.

They help you quickly verify:

  • If extensions are active

  • Where the bulk order form is available

  • Whether additional setup is required

These indicators reflect the current state of your active theme.

Product Page Active

What it means

Product Page Active indicates that:

  • The Product Page extension is added to your active theme

  • The bulk order form can appear on product pages

When it shows as active

  • The extension is added in the theme editor

  • The correct theme is active

  • Changes are saved

When it shows as inactive

This usually means:

  • The extension is not added to the active theme

  • The extension is added to a different theme

  • The theme was recently changed

How to fix

  • Open the theme editor

  • Add the Product Page extension to a product page

  • Save changes

Bulk Order Page Active

What it means

Bulk Order Page Active indicates that:

  • The Bulk Order Page extension is added to a page

  • The bulk order form can appear on a dedicated bulk order page

When it shows as active

  • The extension is added to a page template

  • The page is saved

  • The correct theme is active

When it shows as inactive

This usually means:

  • The extension is not added to any page

  • The extension exists on a different theme

  • The page was deleted or template was changed

How to fix

  • Open the theme editor

  • Add the Bulk Order Page extension to your bulk order page

  • Save changes

Important things to know

  • Status indicators reflect only the active theme

  • Switching themes can change the status

  • Status indicators do not check visibility or pricing

  • A green status does not guarantee customer access

Common confusion

“Everything is active but customers don’t see the form”

This usually means:

  • Visibility rules restrict access

  • The customer is not logged in

  • A different bulk form is shown

“Status changed after theme update”

This is expected behavior.
Extensions must be added again for each theme.

Best practices

  • Use the dashboard as a quick health check

  • Re-check status after theme changes

  • Combine dashboard checks with storefront testing

  • Always test as a real customer
